Privacy Policy

This policy describes what VectorBrief collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. Short version: we collect the minimum we need to operate the Service, we don't sell your data, and you can remove yourself from the system at any time.

What we collect

When you subscribe to the free digest: your email address and the signup source. When you become a paid subscriber: account identity (via single sign-on), your subscriber profile (NAICS, certifications, capability statement, etc.), and your in-product activity (saved searches, feedback, pipeline status updates).

How we use it

To run the Service: score opportunities for you, send you the digests you requested, operate support. We log minimal request metadata (timestamp, route, response time) for reliability and to satisfy our own SLOs. We do not share your subscriber data with third parties for model training.

Third parties

We use a small set of industry-standard service providers for edge infrastructure, single sign-on, payment processing, and transactional email delivery. Each processes your data only for its function and under its own terms. Your subscriber record (email, source tag, timestamps, optional first name) lives in our own database and is not shared with a third-party email service provider. We do not use advertising trackers.

Cookies

We use strictly-necessary session cookies for authentication. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies on vectorbrief.io.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from any email via the one-click unsubscribe link present in every message. You can delete your account at any time from within the platform, or by emailing hello@vectorbrief.io. We will delete your personally-identifiable data within 30 days of your request (retaining only aggregated, non-identifying usage metrics for billing reconciliation).

Data transfers

Our primary infrastructure is located in the United States. If you are accessing the Service from outside the US, your data will be transferred to and processed in the US under US law.
