Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of VectorBrief (the "Service"), operated by the company that owns the vectorbrief.io domain (the "Company," "we," "us"). By accessing the Service you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

The Service is available to businesses and individuals legally permitted to pursue US federal, state, local, and education procurement opportunities. You represent that you have authority to enter these terms on behalf of any organization you represent.

2. Accounts & access

Paid access requires an account authenticated via single sign-on. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@vectorbrief.io of any unauthorized use.

3. Data & content

The opportunity, award, and grant data surfaced by the Service originates from public federal and (when applicable) SLED sources. We enrich and score this data but do not represent it as authoritative. Always verify solicitation details against the originating source before acting.

You retain ownership of any subscriber-profile or company-specific data you provide. We use that data to personalize your experience of the Service and do not sell it to third parties.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse-engineer, scrape at volume, or resell the enriched data surfaced by the Service without a written agreement. You agree not to use the Service to facilitate activities that violate federal procurement law, export controls, or sanctions.

5. Fees

Subscription fees are listed on the pricing page and charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Annual plans are not pro-rated on cancellation. Monthly plans cancel at the end of the current billing period.

6. Warranties & liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. Our aggregate liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced via the email on file at least thirty days in advance.
